First and only edition of Antonius de Cucharo’s (OFM, active around 1500) tract on the immaculate conception of the Virgin Mary. – Ex library copy with shelfmark and perforation stamp on title leaf, perforation stamp repeated on last text leaf. Some worm traces and some small old ms. marginal drawings. Clean in all. – Best.-Nr. 20016
