First edition. Probably the most splendid cocktail book of its time, a masterpiece of Art deco book design. Harry Craddock (1876–1963) worked from 1920 to 1938 at the American Bar in the Savoy Hotel London before moving to the Dorchester and later to Brown’s Hotel in Mayfair. – Covers and corners rubbed, back board with some losses of the gold foil.
