Unnumbered publisher’s copy on grand vélin d’Arches, signed in the colphon by the artist and the author. This copy with ms. presentation on first blank leaf „en souvenir de notre cher ami Pierre Reverdy sincères amitiés guité [Marguerite?] Maeght le 19/6/70“. This most important and impressive livre d’artiste by Georges Braque (1882–1963) was published in 200 + 50 copies. It was his third illustration of texts by Pierre Reverdy (1889–1960) after „Une aventure méthodique“ (1949) and „Cercle doré“ (1953).
