Jubilee edition to celebrate 600 years of the death of Dante Alighieri (1265–1321). One of 225 numbered copies on vélin d’Arches watermarked „1321 Dante 1921“. All three volumes uniformely bound by Schmidt. Botticelli’s drawings were prepared in view of an edition commissioned by Lorenzo de Medici which was never executed.
